Lots of fans stay up late watching the World Cup,do not pay attention to rest and nutrition, they will feel dizzy, loss of appetite, low spirit , some serious will feel palpitation, nausea, vomiting and even shock and other symptoms, this is a typical“ World Cup syndrome”, are you suffering from the “World Cup syndrome”?

It seems that loss of appetite is a quite difficult thing for me,but it is true that I always stay up late when watching the competition, then I probabaly feel too tired to deal with everything casually. But fortunately I am almost at home all the time since I am on my vacation now,so there is no influence for my work at all.I can decide my own schedule and fall asleep whenever I want.I am very happy that I am so lucky to run away from World Cup syndrome! :)

You can watch it on internet in your spare time, maybe another good choice as well. But knowing results at first is always much more exciting, isn't it? It is full of suspense with all possibilities.

A lot of my friends suffer such World Cup syndrome as well. They watched it late at night, but go to work early. Therefore, lack of sleep make them look like "zombie" However, I am not as crazy as them on this soccer game. I plan to watch the semi final and final game later. It would be more interesting to watch the match between the best teams in the world. Happy posting and have a nice day!

You definitely need to, because it's tiring to watch almost every game. But the game will only end quite some time from now. So, you should grab as much rest as you can. Or else you will be exhausted before the final. Take care and enjoy watching the soccer game!

yes, is suffer "world cup syndrome" haha.. since i am soccer lover and world cup is the most prestigious soccer competition in a world, of course i could missed it hehe.. However, i don't suffer such symptoms, i think it's depends on how we manage our time to rest and to watch. I usually take a rest before i see world cup match at midnight and i sleep soon after the match is over.
