For the most part I generally cook something everytime I eat. I have plenty of time on my hands so It's never a big deal. However I do supply my panty with peanut butter and jelly because My brother eats it when I'm not cooking. This morning though I broke down and just made one. I forgot that they were filling and yummy. It was probley 12 or 13 years that I can remember having one, and other then remembering that I liked milk to wash it down with It really was nostalgic in a way. you guys make them alot or have'nt had one in while? just wondering. I bet if you have kids it's in the house all the time?

I have to say that this is one of those culture differences that really intreagues me, I think it tends to be seen a little on the strange side in the UK. I always have to look at the jelly part and think, oh Jam lol. I have never tried 'peanut butter and Jelly' sandwiches but I think the next time I go shopping, I am getting supplies lol. Which is your recommended peanut butter? Are you a nutty lover or smooth all the way?

Ok so now I am confused, lol. I thought our equivalent to 'Jelly' was jam, so do you actually mean jelly as the wobbly on a plate type, lol. OMG I feel very confused lol xx

smooth; It's my thing but my brother like the nutty kind. Jam is great, i like it better then jelly but on toast.

yeah, jelly is the wobbly jell-o type stuff. I always thought of jam as ... um? like it has the fruit all smashed in there with all the seeds and stuff, it's real think and chuncky. Am I right? I don't know, It's all yummy to me though.

Peanut butter and jelly sandwhiches are a pretty common snack for me. They are fairly healthy as long as your using good quality peanut butter and jelly and whole wheat bread. It's a simple snack that we can all make quickly and is fairly nutritious compared to things such as lay's potato chips or pop tarts or something like that. Go out and get yourself a peanut butter and jelly sandwich with a nice ol' glass of milk. You'll see what you've been missing. lol Also give nutella or almond butter a try as well. They will definitely change up the standard PB&J.

Peanut Butter and jelly is the only sandwich i eat. My family things im weird for not eating a sandwich with meat on it, but its just me i guess. Im not a fan of eating sandwiches really. Everyday for lunch i have a peanut butter and Jelly sandwich that i bring to work with me. It is the cheapest way to have lunch i believe and its pretty yummy anyways. I think it is by far my favorite lunch to bring to work and it is filling for a couple of hours and then i get hungry again.

I love peanut butter and jelly; it's one of my favorites. I also like peanut butter and banana to switch it up occasionally.
