I am very forgetful that's why I need constant reminders for me to finish all my tasks in the office. I consider Post-its as a necessity because if not for them I would have failed to remember so many things. I read somewhere that Post-its were invented because of a mistake of 2 engineers. Thanks to their mistake, I am became better with my job.

the office that i work in is a not for profit office so we try not to use them too much because they cost money. however, because i am the one that purchases all the office supplies, i buy the cheapest i can find. funny how a mistake can turn into a multi million dollar item, eh?

If one has good memory, it is not necessary to have a post its, but it is necessary to admit that it is a great help and can anticipate forget you of future tasks or activities, since this way also clarify or generate confusion when you are replaced by your companion in the work, depends of since it handle.

I'm not forgetful but I also find Post-it's very handy. We own a motorcycle shop and we have a lot of real life customers along with online customers via our Ebay store. Post-it notes come in handy to remind my husband or me to do something...bid, what UPS is picking up, what to take to the Post Office, who to call about what. I don't know what we'd do without them.

Post its are the best invention! I wish I had bought stock in them when they were first introduced! I also wish I had purchased stock in paper clips and safety pins! lol! There are so many small items that make our lives so much easier!

I don't know any software application is available for public use to schedule the personal task. Any how keep in mind that you have to make up your own schedules with a white paper keep it in your office .schedule each task with date and strike out the finished task .That let you more effective and committed in your work the same i'm using in my office.

I don't really use Post-its. I used to a lot in the past, but then I ran out of them or something and couldn't get new ones for a while, so I got used to not having them, and have not started using them since.

I actually seldom use Post-its notes, though I have a few of them sitting in my drawer. I usually either write down the to-do tasks in my notebook, or write using a word document or notepad in my computer. Usually, I'll need to write a list of tasks to do, and some notes to remind myself for each task, so I don't think post-its notes is good enough for me. Yeah, I've read that Post-its notes were invented by mistake, the engineers actually wanted to invent something really sticky.

There was a time I enjoyed the post-it. But as a practice and more involvement with other things, for me it is not at all needed. Many cases, each every prioritiesed subjects will automatically come in preference and I am managing an efficient way of handling the work without post-it. Regards. Meera
