I was so happy today because I was being hired by an agency for my on-the-job training in Singapore. I was not been interviewed because it's an urgent hiring according to them. Now the thing that I need to do is to learn Singlish. haha

Congratulations! You would have to hire Phua Chu Kang. Learn when to use "leh, lah, loh". Be mindful, "Don't pray pray" as you would hear him often.

Thought you would pick it up quite easily when you are around here. Coz' you would be hearing a lot. It's more colloquial in nature. I'm not sure how to teach it. I just use it when and where it deems necessary. But you must know when to switch it back to proper English in what you write otherwise it would sound funny.

really? haha.. so your going to teach me then? I've watched videos of singaporeans and they really have this "lah" reaction which I guess can be equivalent into the word "hay" in our language. I really willing to somehow learn much of. I have learn that haokan means handsome and piao liang is beautiful. was it right?

Congradulations! My boyfriend is recently in Singapore too. He tells me that there is extremely hot. And it rains a lot. So I think it will be very necessary to prepare an umbrella beforehand. And also some pills to avoid you from heatstroke.

well, I don't have the idea yet because the agency haven't informed us about the company yet but I hope it would be something related to my course.

Well, I would bring my laptop there so I just hoped that there'll be a public wifi zone so I can have mylot. It wasn't a direct hiring. I applied for it in an agency in school and I was been qualified. I might be living with other applicants that have passed the interview. I just hope I can fight home-sickness.lol
