For Blog and Site Owners, how to increase PR?

Hi, I have two blogs that is PR 0, so I'm thinking that maybe there are also many mylotters here who have blogs and sites, care for advice on increasing PR? I saw that link exchange is one of them, i am willing to do link exchange, if you are willing please PM. :-)

PR isn't important, it has no meaning anymore. You need to get quality backlinks and you should do keyword research before even writing the first letter on your blog and website. Read Dan Thies' Seo Fast Start. SEO stands for search engine optimization and that's what you're doing if you're trying to do now.
