Heart Attack !!

What would u do If u get a severe heart attack in the traffic and the hospital is only 5 min's away from ur location and there's nobody with u to help u? Also u get only 10 sec's before u pass out or lose consciousness [Time to call for help dat too in traffic with a terrific pain that conducts the pain to ur throat ,arms, and legs.??].
Steps u must take

1)Firstly dont panic.
2)Take a deep breath.
3)Cough as hardly as u can with a big coughing noise allowing entire breath to gush out.Which will make ur heart regain its rythm.
4)Repeat cough and deep breath for every 2 sec's.
5)Ask for help or call ambulance.
6)Get some fresh air.

Yes hope nobody gets to use this suggestion.I mean nobody gets the heart attack!!

Thanks for the valuable advice... severe heart attack will instantaneously knock you off.. heart attacks which are potentially severe will afford you some time to the go to the hospital.. this is a good practical tip, but if at the first instance of the attack.. never panic and get some help.
