What will u do when one morning ur Boss will say suddenly No increment util notice,No OT Will be claimed,No bonus,No transport,No medical claims!! ??

look somewhere else, however, really man, everyone is facing a similar problem. my brother got laid off a few months back, and I know many other people. long term plan. run away to china

I would have told you how I would react if my hubby told me that instead of 5000 for house expenses he would give me just 1000 but looks like I am at a loss of words when it comes to your discussion and how I would react.
