What will u do when one day u r struck with the heart attack when nobody is there to help u and u r only five min's away from the hospital?
U get only ten seconds before u pass out or lose consciousness.
steps u must take

1)Dont panic.
2)Take a deep breath.
3)Cough as hardly as u can with ur breath gushing out.
4)Repeat every 2 seconds.
5)Call for help or an ambulance.
6)Spread the word.Pls spread the word.Save lives,Enjoy life,

If I knew I would have 10 seconds remaining I'd send a text message really quickly to my girlfriend. Cause I wouldn't be thinking about the steps you are giving here, the first thing I'd do is think "Sh*t", than send something like "thx 4 the gr8 time" don't know, haven't really figured what I would when I'd die xD Have a nice day though :P
