They say quitters are losers. But is it always the case?
I've been planning to leave my company even before I had an issue with my boss. Now that I'm having issues with him, I am planning to expedite my resignation.
I am just thinking if I quit right now, will they think that I'm a BIG Loser?

No when you have problems with your boss it's time to move on. Don't stay because you don't want to be a loser. Your not. If you stay you can have more problems. That saying is for games.

If quitting your job means having spending more time with your family and being able to personally take care of your kid, then that's not quitting, that's GAINING. Don't think about what other's might say or think about your actions, as long as you're happy with your decision and you're not hurting anyone then go for it.

Good day to you Ellago,
In my point of view, you are not a losser.
Generally, and as the saying goes, "Winners never Quits but Quitters never Wins".
However, in every general rule, there is an exemption. And this goes upon in the situation. Like in your situation right now, since, you have some issues needed to be solved, for me, you are not a losser, because in some point, it will do more good to do some decision quickly.
And, in some way or another, you are a winner, because, you have gain the strength that you must have to possess.
