Can't Upload my Movie to This Stupid Site!

I have just recently come across some info that said google has changed it's rules on video so you can upload as many videos as you want but they have to be an hour or less! Now just last year I was able to upload movie files that were longer than an hour but now when I try to do that and it'll get to 98% then the blog post editor goes blank and I get an error message popup,Stupid Google Video!!! First Youtube puts a time limit now Google...or was it the other way around in reverse?...whatever they both suck if you ask me. Bottom Line: Is that true about google video having a time limit or is there just some technical issues with the blogger video uploader? p.s.- The link in my profile goes to the blog in question.
