is there any difference with oil consumption with driving alone and drive a full people in the car?
how to manage oil consumption with a 660cc car with 60+km journey?
is fitting a turbo in my engine will reduce my oil consumpion?
how about warming-up a car before a journey, is it good for the engine?

Do you mean fuel consumption? Your car will burn less fuel when you are alone than driving with full of people. When driving on a 60+km plus journey, you can save fuel by first checking your tire air then maintain a speed of no more then 80km/hr. I don't think fitting a turbo will reduce your consumption. It is a must to warm up engine before a journey to allow the engine oil to properly circulate making your journey smooth.
