What is the best time of day for listening to music?

L love music very much and I do also play keyboard, guitar, and a little bit in drums. I love love songs such as ballads and gospel songs when I am alone with my keyboard singing but when I'm in a group i like to sing alternative music. I like also jazz. Yes, as you have said music can be relaxing.

hi celticeagle I have my headphone on right now its 6 p m. and I am mylotting while I listen to Mozart's classical music. it soothes me'aqnd also calms me too. I love blues, and classic rock too and all the Beatles music too. to me I usually start listening about now and listen most oft the evening til bedtime. I must have my music fix. he he.

am listening to music right now on tv the music channels I have on the classic country. WHen traveling have cds to put in to listen all the time. Dont matter what time of day it is I will listen to music and we have all kinds on the cds

I prefer to listen to music early in the morning when I am working in the kitchen and then when I am in the car, I tune into FM radio and listen to songs and talk of radio DJs while driving.

I do listen to music when I'm on the shore, walking till the sun is out! When I was younger I did listen to music when I study and I think it's big help!

I like listening to upbeat music when I exercise and that's usually in the afternoons. I could listen to music anytime of the day, really. When I'm at my computer surfing the web, I'll listen to all kinds of music. I like folk music and stuff like that because I don't want something too upbeat if I'm just sitting at my desk. I like upbeat things when I'm moving around, cleaning, etc.

There is no particular time for listening to music.If you are in the mood to listen to music then you should listen.If you have a troubled mind listen to soft music that will bring tranquility to the mind and soothe it. However there are certain forms of music which require them to be heard only at a certain time of the day.Indian Classical Music especially of the Northern type known as Ragas are generally heard at certain times of the day because the effect that they have is more pronounced when heard at those times.So you have Morning ,Afternoon,Evening, Early night, Late night and pre-dawn Ragas.there are also certain Ragas that can be heard at any time of the day.There are also Ragas which are seasonal and are heard at various seasons like Spring, Summer, Rains and winter.When these Ragas are sung or played on various instruments at those particular times the effect is very deep and marvelous.Actually there is no hard and fast rule but when heard at those times they do have an effect on the mind.Classical music is also used for healing purposes. then there are also the lighter variety like film music and light classical music which can be sung and heard at any time.

My BF loves to listen to music all the time! He has music going when he is talking a shower, cleaning the apartment so sometimes I will listen to what he has on and tell him to "crank it" so I can hear it in my kitchen/office! I also have a stereo in here so I can blast music too. I like classic rock, R&B, Soul, some Rap, a little Pop (very little)! It all depends on my mood. I can go from Led Zepplin to Black Eyed Peas in one jump! My bf says "you're so crazy"! Yup, he's right!

i'm used to listen pop punk rock genre i just listening my favorite musics when i'm boring in my day sometimes before i go to sleep at night and even in the morning when i'm doing exersise have a nice day.

Hello celticeagle! For me the best time for listening to music is when raining. Because here in the Philippines the temperature is very hot, you cannot relax here even you are listening to musics not unless you go to a cool place to relax. So i think it is the best time for me to listen to musics and my favorite music is songs of Charice Pempengco, because her voice is so beautiful and relaxing. God Bless..
