How to transfer funds from Paypal to Alertpay

Is there a way that i can transfer my funds from paypal to alertpay? one of my PTC account only support AlertPay but my funds are on my Paypal Account... I really needed to upgrade my account just to have more site to click.
Please Help me...

To the best of my knowledge, you cannot transfer funds between paypal and alert pay. Probably the best thing you can do is just open an alert pay account and go from there. I no longer have an alert pay account, and when I finally got out of there, you had to have $20.00 in your account before you could request a check.
A friend might be able to help you. I had a friend who agreed to let me send money to her paypal, and she sent the same amount to my alert pay.
