Diet!..by eating more each day!..

Have you heard doing diet by eating more each day!.. Yes the more you eat the more you loss weight.. Sound crazy? not really.. Try my tricks.. .. First day.. Nothing but hot tea and water.. (just to cleans your body with toxin) Second day.. eat only fruits.. ( don't eat fiberous fruits) Third day.. eat only fish!.. ( only fresh water fish) fourth day.. eat only vegetables and fish.. fifth day.. eat chicken meat and no skin please.. sixth day.. You can eat all fruits, fish and vegetables that you can eat.. seventh day.. You can eat one pound of meat!.. .. .. All cooking must only use olive oil.. .. And every day try to jog for about 45 minutes in the mornings and do some 15 minutes work out and stretching.. You don't want to go to a gym and build muscle right? You just want a lean muscle and a coca cola body!!.. I hope its not in can..lolz.

Aha that sounds good. I just can't eat fish .. i think tomorrow i may do the all water n tea- i eat a lot although im far from fat but not eating for a day is going to be very hard!

I'm obese but tea really help to lessen your diet.. Hot tea that is.. I use black tea.. Before I use green tea.. But I settle down to black tea.. If you ask me.. I don't know the difference.. But the only thing I don't like in green tea.. Is simply its a dried whole leaf.. And when you add water it has bad taste..like a rotten veggie..lolz.. that why I prefer black tea.. Smooth.

Lol ive never tried black tea. I dont like green tea though. Ive been using Peppermint tea and i like mint tea but other than sweet tea ive never tried another tea

As long its a tea. lolz.. Try black tea then put some natural honey into it. put half slice lemon. Then stir. You will going to love hot honey with lemon black tea. Drink that thirty to one hour before you drink and one hour after you drink. Be sure to eat small quantity.. As hot honey with lemon black tea will keep you feel full all the time. And honey is also good to you. But don't drink hot tea with honey daily..I don't want you to have diabetes..lolz.

Hi, Sound interesting from the tricks that you suggested. Will it works??? For me, being on diet means have to reduce the portion of food intake. Eat less meat,less rice,but still consume more vegetables and fruits everyday. Doing an exercise is good for diet too. The most important is have a balanced diet menu everyday,it helps to keep our body fit and strong too. Have a nice weekend !!

I agree. But we need to clean our system too. Sad to say in order to achieve clean system is literrally we need to clean ourself too. Like drink water for a week. and do some light exercise. Sweat can help us remove toxin in our body. But best part is to eat clean diet also.

I don't think I can follow that diet, for now I try to avoid taking rice in large amount and replace it with oat. I also eat more veges soup with less salt and reduce sugar consumption. that include no junk food and carbonated drinks. Now I feel a little lighter since I'm also over weight myself.

Another best diet is just drink two glass of water before you eat. And eat slowly and with small amount. After 30 minutes of eating you stop even if your not full and just drink water again.. Then buy chewing gum. Chewing gum help lessen the cravings.

You can really go through everyday like that? I think I can't, I'm used to heavy meals, haha! I'm not going through any diet at all.

I have too. Because of heart problem, and all kinds of health related problems. And the doctors all advice that I need to diet. I'm an obsese II time of person. That means I'm not over weight and I'm not just an obese but an obese type 2 super heavy weights..lolz.

If I say it. I will also say my height and my weight..lolz.. So I will just shy away the answer..lolz.. What the hell. Okay I'm just 5 feet all and weight 165 pounds. the regular wait for me is 120 pounds as per doctors say. And I loss wait up that I only weigh 128 pounds.. only 8 more pounds to loss and I'm an average weight again..lolz..Sad to say I'm back to 150 again..lolz.. Love to eat tired to do exercise.

I already answer that question just a minute back on a response before you. I hope it will inspire you to loss weight. I loss weight but I gain back again after 6 months. Of no exercise and doing nothing but eat and sleep. I hope I can start exercise and diet again. I want to have 110 pounds weight once again. The last time I have that weight is when I was second year high school. Just think that I'm just 5 feet tall. darn.
