Do you think sunscreen is girl's best friend?

I daily use sunscreen almost every day because it protects my skin from UV rays and I suggest every one should use it so I think yes it is girl's best friend. What is your opinion?

I think it would probably be better to allow your skin to absorb the sun fully, rather then dump a pile of chemical laden goo on to your skin. I don't really believe that the sun causes skin cancer, I think they are mixing it up with chemicals in our food and water and etc... They aren't looking at all the variables, that or somebody is lying to us.

Actually I only use sunscreen when we have to go to the beach because I need to protect my skin from sun's harmful heat. I work at home, I don't go out much and if ever I do, I still don't put sunscreen so definitely it is not considered my bestfriend..lol. But I do put lotion everyday, I don't know if it has a UV protection, I will check it later.
