Stress for me is when I react on things negatively. When I get easily angry without weighing the matter. When I skip meals to beat the deadline of work. When I think so much without thinking about my health. These things contributed much on my stress.
Now I learned that we cannot control stress but we can control the stressor.

Learning how to relax and think positive in the face of maximum stress is a major life skill :)
Yoga, mediation, exercise are all activities that can help channel our nervous (stressed) energy into more positive outcomes which in turn help to increase concentration, aid positive thinking, reduce the stress symptoms that we experience and therefore help to reduce our negative experience of stress..
So next time that you start to lose concentration and feel agitated, try a little gentle exercise, even if it's just a walk around the office to the bathroom, followed by a little deep breathing and while doing that focus on clearing your mind and then spending a few minutes allowing only positive thoughts in, and whenever you find yourself thinking something negative, tell yourself No! to break that thought pattern and then turn that thought around so that it becomes a positive. You'll be amazed at the difference that something so simple can make to your daily life.
