Do you think it's possible for a car to run on water? If so, how would you explain it?

Yes it is possible and an engine was designed a few years ago. The rights were bought by an oil company so that it would not see the light of day for 40-50 years.
It works on the energy created from fision (the splitting of a molecule) in this case water (H2O)). It's the opposite of fusion (bonding of atoms to form molecules). All these processes transfer energy. NASA uses fusion of Hydrogen and Oxygen to power rockets to space.
The car engine slits the water molecule and the energy generated drives the car. The exhaust gas is Oxygen. Is it any wonder that production was stopped?
Hope that helps
