how to whiten teeth at home? (cheap methods only)

hi, after i removed my brace, i was also having problem on whitening my teeth. what i did is extracting the juice of strawberry, then mix a baking soda with it and brush your teeth with it. be careful not to brush your gums as the soda is quite grainy and might wound your gums. do this two times a day and in a week you can see the difference. another method is put the whitening toothpaste on your teeth, and then leave them for 5 minutes, and then brush it. do this always before brushing your teeth. the active ingredients in the toothpaste with sink in your teeth and will clean it more, making it more whiter.

My grandmother use bake powder to white her teeth. Just put some on tooth brush and clean normal, she did that once a month. But I don't know if it health but I'm sure it is really cheap methods. And I think it was work because I was remember my grandmother had white teeth .

hi friend.. i didnt read others reply to you.so i am telling my suggestion.this may a second answer to you. you can use lemon with salt this will give you a nice color so please try this in home this is too cheap and also wont cause any problem to you.but dont use this often and also big in quantity.use less and in a month. lemon contains a acid that will bleach your teeth.if this is not working take that lemon juice and salt mix in a small stick and clean your teeth with this.in this way you can clean your teeth part by part.if you dont want this use a tooth brush and clean it.but if you use tooth brush the lemon juice quntity will be high thats what i am telling you to use a small stick to clean the teeth. anyway thanks for asking this here..have a nice time with mylot.

Baking soda most certainly works!This is coming from a woman who's father and brother are both dentists! If not baking soda,I don't know what else to suggest,I've tried it on myself and get loads of compliments on how white my teeth are. Good luck with your search,but please!Whatever you do,never ever use lemon juice.People say it whitens your teeth,it most certainly doesn't! What it does do,is actually ruin them,causing them to be even more yellow over time.
