im happy? because?

We all can't be looking happy all the time as our body and mind reacts to situations around us. That is a constant because we do not know what happens the next minute in our lives. For me, I try to keep a positive outlook around other people and smile. If I am unhappy, I try to do that by myself. Sometimes that is a good thing because generally I can talk myself out of whatever is bugging me. Also I will listen to mellow music to cheer me up. Crying releases a lot of build up.

I am happy because I'm standing on my own feet, my dreams came true and my wishes are fulfilled.

i am happy because my family are complete,i can do anything with my life.

It is so easy to be happy if we are surrounded by things and people that makes us happy. But even if those people or things are not present, we can still be happy just by surrounding our mind with good and positive thoughts. That is really a good asset to practise.
