Do you wear sunblock for daily outdoor use?

Most of us put on some kind of lotion or sunblock if we are going to be at the beach, or pool, or somewhere like an amusement park where we will be out all day, but do you wear it on days when you are just going about your normal everyday life maybe out running errands?

I don't wear sunblock on a daily basis. I usually only put it on when I'm at the beach or going to the pool. I'm usually not out in the sun a whole lot though during the day so I never end up burnt I just get a little bit of exposure during the day.

I think it is unnecesary for me to wear sunblock for daily outdoor use.But when you playing on the beach beside the sea,you had better wear sunblock.Playing on the beach will make your skin destroyed by the sun if you have no sunblock.I experienced the thing when i was on beach.

No. I live in WA state. The sun and heat can be a rare thing here and when we get sun burnt people usually think we went on vacation! hahaha :) But i will put tanning lotion on the one day a week that the sun does show!

I always use sunblock on my face. After taking a bath and cleaning my face, I put on a moisturizer with at least SPF 30. I have read somewhere that we don't only need sunblock to block the sun. We also need something with SPF so that we could block the rays emitted by artificial lighting. I seldom use sunblock on my body, though. I apply sunblock on my body when I go to the beach or have a swim in a pool. Have a nice day!
