Hello,
I just started the South Beach Diet today. I've been on it before and I have lost the weight but I guess I got bored of the food that I cooked for it. I can't afford the food they provide on the internet and plus because of the economy groceries now a day are so expensive. I was wondering if anybody have ever did the South Beach Diet and is so do you have any quick and easy recipes along with tips for this diet. I"m trying to see how much weight I can loose by my birthday which is in August. Thanks.

I'm doing this again too and was hoping there are others who could share their tried and tested recipes. Here's a photo of SBD phase one food that I had delivered the past two weeks. Even if I am no cook, this meal seems easy enough to prepare, yummy too.

We did Southbeach but only for a couple of weeks. We did pretty well on Atkins it seemed simpilar to follow. We just recently did Weight Watchers on line and we both did really well at that and it was very flexible. If you like sweet and sour soup I have a recipe for that that I posted on Ehow.com it has very few calories and no fat. Here is the recipe: http://www.ehow.com/how_5897391_make-using-favorite-hot-sauce.html. I also have a recipe for a weight loss soup. When ever I need to lose a couple of pounds really fast I eat this for lunch for a few days and the weight comes right off. Here is the recipe for that: http://www.ehow.com/how_6108159_make-soup-weight-loss-soup.html
