Why dont girls ask guys out?

Usually if a girl likes a guy she would start flirtin with him , etc until he asks her out but why dont we just cut to the chase and ask them out , if its because theres a possibility u might be turned down here is what i usually do when i like a guy : walk straight up to him and without any introductions i ask for his number , he usually then gives it to me and ask why i wanted it and i would casually say "well i was thinking about hanging out with you this weekend , why dont i call you and we will set it up " then i just leave with no strings attached, no response from him and no pressure on him. remember confident girls are sexy and he will think about it over and before you know it he might ask you on a date without you even calling .
so why dont we take the man we want and lead for once in our lives , im a feminist and i think its sexy to ask a guy out.
Guys do you think confident girls are sexy?

sometimes it's cultural. in some cultures it's completely unacceptable for girls to ask guys out. so it just depends on where you are. i've had many friends who asked guys out and most of them ended up getting married to that guy. so, you never know! I say, girls, it's time to take the challenge!

some 30 years ago, its a taboo to ask men out in our country, but now a days, females practice this as often as male does... I believe that the most essential part of being sexy ( in both male and female) is the oozing confidence within the person.. actually, the lack of self-confidence is a major turn off for me.

I have had girls ask me out several times. I have never been one to ask a girl out. I usually meet them and after time they say stuff like "When were you going to ask me out?" I just don't really do the relationship thing anymore. I got burned so bad, so I am kinda happy by myself. I enjoy female company, I just have'nt found someone I would like to begin a long term relationship with I guess.
And I don't think it is sexy ethier way, It's only a question. for me the sexiest thing a girl can do is be honest and funny. I hung out with this girl yesterday who called and I said oh I watching this program called good eats. she was like oh good I love that show. I don't get the channel though. I said ah well come on over. yeah well I figured out she never saw it before , she said that she was mistaken and thought it was somthing else. Now had she said , yeah I know I just , wanted to hang out with you. and It worked! that would have been cute and sexy.

Before in our old tradition its always guys who ask girls for a date or anything. It is like it is the guys responsibility to act or say first on things. Maybe this is the reason why girls do not ask guys out. Because girls are waiting for the guys move. It would be awkward for the girl to ask first to a guy. And besides not all guys wants flirt girls. Mostly because of what they have seen in there tradition. But now a days I think no one should just put malice on it or judge anyone if the girl ask the guy out because it depends on circumstances. So either way as long as it is not that awkward somehow we can ask guys in a formal friendly way.
