Traffic Exchange, How do I use it exactly?

I just recently signed up for easyhits4u and Incentria, thinking that this would be the answer to get traffic to my blogs, but we all know, that google adsense is very strict when it comes to using traffic exchanges in our blogs, so I stopped. I really have no idea how do I use the traffic exchange now.. They have this banner and text ads, that is just really confusing for me... Is it okay to still put my blog in the website so I can get traffic to it? or should I use text or banners instead? Can you give me the basics in traffic exchange? I hear many people are using and earning from it, and I can't figure out how do they do it. All advice are welcome.

Hello ingkingderders, I don't know about incentria, but in easyhits4u, you have to visit one thousand sites (1000) to get 0.30 cents. how ever, if you are a regular member then there's no doubt that you will only view 150+ sites, because it doesn't get any higher from unless you upgrade yourself. another way is you refer people and let them surf 100 sites and you will get a 0.10 per referral one time.but it takes longer compare to mylot.
