I have a question about White wine?

Hi, I am bought yesterday one bottle of White Wine.I never drink before.I am not alcoholic also.This is my first time.To gain weight, i try this. I have lack of knowledge on this. Do i have to keep wine in freeze? In live in india,its a hot place.Where to store it? Does i need to mix water with it,in time of drink? Please help! Newbie.
