It would be Willy Wonka from Charlie and the Chocolaet Factory by Roald Dahl - but just one thing !
He must be Johnny Depp like in the film!!

I agree, Willy Wonker is a very interesting character.
Though I don't know which of the two film characters I prefer, they are total opposites. Though the 'original' film was the one with which I grew up with so would probably choose Gene Wilder for that reason.

I would have to say Nathanial from the Anita Blake series (by Laurell K Hamilton), because I would love to see what he really looks like (not just how I picture him) and I would get the biggest kick out of seeing someone change into a wereleopard.

Another book I haven't read. How do you picture him out of interest? I wonder if us as readers ever to imagine characters to be closely to what the writers are trying to portray.

My favorite character would be Polly, from the novel 'An old-fashioned girl', by Louisa May Alcott. She's the sweetest, most considerate, innocent girl; and grows up to be a woman with such beautiful morals and principles, that the reader of the novel just falls in love with her. I'd love to be her in may ways.
Because of her beatific heart, she has this angelic look about her face. It's true that what's in your heart reflects on your face.
She's a very inspiring character, and after reading the book, I actually started following some of her thinkings...:)

It is not a book that I have heard of, but as a reader myself I will look it up. It is always interesting to see what other people are finding interesting to read. So I shall be adding to my list.
Thank you for responding to my post.
