Two managers from the Census Bureau were fired for faking questionnaires to meet deadlines. Maybe they dont realize what the frickin census is for? They got their info from phone books and the internet. Employees turned them in. Atleast 10,000 questionnaires were faked. When asked about the cost to redo them, a spokesman said they weren't worried because they are under budget! WTF?
On March 15, it was reported that the Census Bureau was 25% over budget!
I hate to sound like a broken record, but here is a prime example of our tax dollars at work!

This just slays me! These were managers so all they had to do was to send people out to get the information like they're supposed to, right? If they were behind schedule couldn't the census takers work more hours and be able to earn more money too? I'm glad these cheaters were caught!
