Recommend Online Job Sites for USA resident

Well. I am from India.. But very recently, my best friend left to USA for a her Mastyer Degree.. In he leisure time she would like to do some Online Jobs and earn few bucks.
As I am little bit into Online Jobs, she asked me If I could help her. In regards to that only , I am asking you guys to recommend me genuine sites from which u could earn money. My friend wants only cash prizes to her PayPal or AlertPay Acc. So please recommend me sites which pay To PayPal/AlertPay... She is not interested in PTC or Affiliated MArketing.. So apart from that.. is okay.. Like survey sites, GPT sites, play games to earn sites... Data Entry work with out any registration...
Please recommend only GENUINE SITES which pay to PayPal/AlertPay Accounts and sites which support USA residents...
