what is your final 4 for this year world cup!! American, Argentina, Brazil,Spain ... i really hope can see Argentina against England again. but i like the organized German as well...

You have picked exactly my picks. I have also picked USA, Argentina, Brazil and Spain to make the semis. The two teams that can upset the apple cart are Uruguay and England. Uruguay because in Suarez and Forlan they have two of the top most goal scorers in the world cup. England because in Capello they have one of the craftiest coach in the world cup. Cheers! Ram

true..after seeing todays game beat Korean i do think they have a great chance. However, American's soccer is getting way much better from 4 years before..this will be good match...

Ha... Ghana threw a spanner on the works by knocking out USA from the round of sixteen. Ghana played very well in the first half of the match and the first half of the extra time. USA fought hard in the second half of the match, but ran out of steam during the extra time. Gyan scored a fantastic winner to put USA out of the world cup yet again!! Cheers! Ram

My initial prediction is Argentina, England, Holland and Spain. After seeing who they will meet in the round of 16 and their performance in the tournament so far, I like to change my final 4 teams to Argentina, Germany, Holland and Spain.

I think that Brazil will make it to the last 4 but i am going for 3 different ones. I think that Uruguay, England and Portugal will join Brazil in making up the semis. I am probably using my heart more than my head in picking England.

Argentina, Brazil, Uruguay and Spain. My doubts are only for Argentina - if everything gets like it's expected, the 1/4 final will be Argentina - Germany, where the winner could be anyone of these 2 teams.

I think the eight teams that will compete the quarterfinals of the World cup are Uruguay, USA, Argentina, Germany, Chile, Netherlands, Spain and Japan. But they all have dificcults games now.
