Help! I don't understand!

I got a new dog Tank is his name. So I got a picture of Tank and Sam playing tug of war so I want to change my avatar to this picture but I can't figure out how to change it! So can anyone tell me how to do this?
Another thing I don't understand is why our intrest isn't in alphabetical order!
This really bothers me I used to do filing and it has to be done in alphabetical order! So can anyone tell me how to put it in alphabetical order?

Hi Sachikobrandl and welcome to my lot. Thank you so much for your time and help! I wanted to put both our boys on here so everyone could see Tank too. Sam does love his new little brother. Our dogs are pampered and they seem to love each other and that is a good thing. Thanks again!
