If you are going to answer please tell us why.
My favourite word is by far the word "comrade", why? I like it so much because it makes me think about the millions who died with their comrades on their side, thinking of a better future for their children, who knows how many of them didnt die saying that word, everytime I hear that word I think about friends, war and hope

"But", because there's always something you should watch out for.
A warning for every encouragement. "You should totally go camping with me, but don't get eaten by bears!"
A downside (or an upside) to every happening. "Your dog is so silly, but that's so cuuuuute!"
Also, "also". For those times when I have a lot to say and can't fit it into a single sentence.

My favorite word is "Linger" .. which I usually relate to the relationships I had that I find hard to let go. The word just have that feel good sound for me. I just love to hear that word over and over again. It is even a title of a cranberries' song . Do you have to let it linger? =) Thanks for sharing with comrade as well. Happy mylotting

"thing" and its alternatives *anything* or *something*
I use the word "thing" all time because a thing can mean almost anything, haha
Do you know something?
What's that thing?
Look at that thing!
The thing over there!
Help me with something.
Yes. I use that word a lot because there is always something that I can't describe. I just use thing to replace the thing.

my favorite word is free! well, as the cliche goes... best things in life are free! and it truly is. For me the word free is everything. Our lives, our family and love ones, the air, the beautiful clouds...to many to mention! and of course God's love, the graetest free thing there is which is the reason why we have many FREE things in life! =)

I think "glorious" is my favorite word. First, because of how it sounds. The hard "g" and then the "l" blended together sounds musical. And, then, I love the meaning. Not just good or great, but astounding and beautiful and lovely in a majestic sense.

"Defenestrate" It means throwing something out of a window. I don't use it very often, but I've always thought that it was a really funny word.
