Yep the experts say that it takes at least 21 days to do or to stop doing something to either break a habit or to make something a habit.
What one thing do you think you will need 21 days to either make something a good habit, or to break a bad habit?
I need to start working out again. I know that if i do it for 21 days i will then make it a new habit that will put me in great shape. So how about you mylotters. Whats your 21 day goal?

I heard it that the first 24 hours is critical in quitting smoking. Not smoking for 21 days should be enough to really quit. I think my goal with be that same as yours. I used to go to the gym but I have been busy lately. Sounds like an excuse right? Hahaha!

you can come on over and yell and scream and complain and every thing you need to do to get over smoking!!!!!!!!! i tell what will help... drink lots of water, no sugar, no soda, no drinking for at least a week. and when every you feel like you want to smoke drink a glass of water and go for a walk around the block.
then come back and let me know how you feel. I will so be the support system you need!!

I have never stuck with something of my free will for that long. I really have trouble staying motivated enough to do something until it sticks. I think one of my goals would be to stick with something long eno Though I'll admit, it didn't take me twenty-one days to check my blood sugar regurally. I started doing that on my own, because I didn't want to die despite how depressed I might get.

Hello is it so?
I tell you from my experience. It is very easy to acquire a bad habit, but too difficult to give up that unless you have a very very strong determination and will power. lol
I think i had the bad habit of smoking, i just made up my mind to quit instanly, no fixing of date or time, believe me i have not smoked for 40 years!!
Thanks for sharing.
Welcome always.
Cheers.
