Websites in the UK you can make a realistic earning?

It's very difficult finding websites where you can earn proper cash amounts, survey sites and review sites are okay but lucky if you earn enough to make a real difference to your bank account. Something between £25.00 per day plus.
I've seen lots of suspicious-looking Internet money-making sites so don't usually go there if they are asking for money up front or make it look too good to be true - don't recommend this to anyone unless they are convinced by it's fabricated jargon and pictures of a successful person sitting by a yaught in the Bahamas! - It reeks of lies just to get you interested.
Other sites I've visited are quite difficult to understand what is expected of you and some are about playing Casino games and Bingo, so you know by this point that you are in a losing battle to find a legitimate site that offers you real earning potential without having to part with your cash or agree to something you don't even know what you are signing up for?
I don't do Adsense blogs as don't know how to work them and again, you need to be at your screen for hours at a time to make it worth the effort, so would like to know if there are any other sites that offer real money potential and if so, what are they and how do they work for you?

hi shikiraclare, I am in the same position, have not found any UK-based website that could earn me that amount. I have joined a number of survey and PCT sites but they only reward a small amount of money. From what I gathered from mylotters we need to build our earning by growing the number of referrals, something that I have not tried as I don't have my own website and I am not a blogger. I started looking at virtual freelancing through contractxchange but have not been contacted since I posted for a job. If successful, it should be paid on hourly basis just like part time/ contract jobs.
