my back pain went away...

I used to have back pain.my lower back hurts whenever i pick things up from the ground and in some positions but when i took weight training in high school my coach said that most back problems are caused by the weakness of back muscles. This idea got stuck with me and did some exercises that improves back strength like dead lifts, squats and more. After weeks of training the back pain went away. Maybe this is a placebo effect of me thinking it might work or maybe it really works. I do not know for sure but i think it really helps. what do you think?

Thats good, I also have intermittent back ache because of long standing at work and seldom have a chance to sit. I have monthly back massage but still there is pain . I think need to have back exercise to strengthen my back.

I think it really work simply because it worked for me. I suffered form back pain due to a back injury at work and a trainer told me I need to do some exercise. He described to me in piece of paper what I need to do to strengthen the back muscles and get rid of my back pain, I started them and the result was amazing. So, its true it works, but only if you do the right exercises.
