pilates....why pilates???

the sudden boom of pilates has made us either wary or curious about feds in physical fitness.but this is not a fad and this is not purely physical among all the workouts that have surfaced since the fitness wave in the 80's.

Hi valerie0009, I started doing pilates about three years ago when I was still a gym member. The main reasons were to improve my core strength, help better posture and my frequent back problems. Now, I do pilates at home using DVDs. One of them put a bit of history from when it was first invented by Joseph Pilates, interesting.
