Those who know me know I haven't been on since the beginning of the week. well for good reason. I had my baby! I made it full term this time for the first time and had a beautiful little girl (yes girl number 4). We are both doing well and are happy and healthy and now finally home. She came in at 8 lbs 12 oz and 22 1/2 in long. Not bad for just making 38 weeks. We are oh so happy to have her as well.

How exciting!! Congratulations. Whoa! You make it all the way. That is so great!!!! Four lovely little girls, huh? What do the other three think about this. Probably haven't had much time to assimulate it all. How's daddy doing? Bet he is proud. Ah, you too. This is so great! I was beginning to wonder.

Rememeber this time. Record if you can. They change so quickly. Clingy? There will be a time you wish they were clingy again. Charish it.

Actually I am enjoying the clingy stuff, she had gotten so independent the last few months I was missing it. Now to get her to stop gagging every time the baby spits up and we'll be good..lol

Thank you. He is in daddy glory all the way. He loves having daddy's girls. as for the big ones they are completely in love. The 5 year old s still a little clingy but that's fine at least she still wants to cuddle me and not the baby all the time...lol!

CONGRATULATIONS! You are a perfect candidate to enjoy a holiday I've invented. I call it Birthing Day. Works like this: Mom gives birth. Every year, when her child celebrates its birthday, Mom also gets a present & some quality time alone with her baby. This has the advantage of teaching the child (eventually) of the specialness of the effort Mom went through when the child was born, as well as teaching it to appreciate that Mom chose to let it live. Thus it learns to appreciate Mom AND Life more, year after year. It also has the advantage of Mom getting some personal, token little gift--it should always be a gift with personal meaning, such as a picture drawn by the child, or a song the child could sing...something to please Mom. Mom could, in turn, share age-appropriate stories of her experiences, how Dad had to break the speed limit getting her to the hospital, or perhaps the child was born in a taxi on the way. How she & Dad met, & later, how much they dreamed of having the child, the joy of his or her arrival! Above all, it shouldn't ever become what Mothers & Fathers Days have, an impersonal industry with pro-made cards, special decorations, etc.! It should be private. Also, the more children she has, the more celebrations throughout the year to bond with her offspring. (And, strictly on the pragmatic side, more loot, especially later on as her children grow up & have salaries--but the gifts should still remain personal in nature, even if they cost a bit!) (LOL! That's just greedy me speaking; I love prezzies. Mostly kidding here. ) I must stress that this should always be a quiet time just between moms & their children, or else it wouldn't do what it was designed to do! Anyway, "Mom," Happy Birthing day! Congratulations on having your dear little baby girl. I am pleased she was born close to your due date. She was a healthy weight and length. I hope she makes hyou very happy. It must be lovely for her older sisters. No wonder you weren't on My Lot earlier this week. My baby girl celebrated her first birthday yesterday.

Congratulations! I wish I will be able to say the same things this year. I'm not pregnant yet and I have been married for 15 months already and its sometimes frustrating that I dont have a baby yet. My sister in law who had a c-section when she delivered her baby 8 months ago is pregnant again and I envy her so much.

From experience do not stress over it. Stress will make it harder to conceive, this is very noticeable when you consider how many people adopt and then weeks or a month or so later they are pregnant. So find a way to let the stress go, I just put it all in my Gods hands and let my self know it would happen when the time was right. It will and you'll be happy.
