There have been some rivalries that also made it as doubles partners. As far as Federer and Nadal go, do either of them even play doubles? I'm not a fan of either one; so I would for their opponents if they did team up.

I think the article underlines the beauty of a game. In football you see people play together and gel together at the club level. But when they play for the countries against each other there is no love lost. If you remember the infamous Rooney sending off by Ronaldo in the England vs. Portugal match which cost England the match. The same two then combined to win the treble for Manchester United that very year!! That is really the beauty of the sport. Cheers! Ram
