Can't add the html banner on my profile every time I click

on save changes it goes blank? any ideas on what I'm doing wrong?

mine does not work too.. i followed all the procedures many times over and i cant get it add my banner.

i can see the banner pop up for a split second and thats it, i cant see it when i try to view my profile.

you are a tremendous help, i will try posting my banner, so i guess i have to select theme coincide with the HTML upload. Thank you for your help.
