I don't know if I can pin down just one favorite. I like Nicolas Cage as well, but go back and watch some of his really early movies it is really funny he has really improved over the years. I have always liked Tom Cruise and his movies I also really like Matt Damon. As for actresses it would probably be a three way tie between Julia Roberts, Reese Witherspoon, and Sandra Bullock. They all make the kind of movies I love. I also like Nicole Kidman.

Hi, snowy22315. I like Megan Goode, Virginia Madison, Wesley Snipes, Kevin Costner and Patrick Swayze. Nicolas Cage makes some great movies, I must say.

Sandra Bullock is my favorite actress. She has been since 1995 when she did While You Were Sleeping. But she cemented herself as my favorite actress when she did Hope Floats, I believe in 1998. To me, it was a perfect performance. As for actors, for a long time it was Matthew McConaughey. The first movie I saw him in was a long time ago, in A Time to Kill. The courtroom scene where he is wrapping up his case for the defendant made me cry. It was incredibly moving. But over the years, his work has just been so...random. I liked him in How to Lose a Guy in Ten Days. But Failure to Lauch was bad, and I didn't even bother with most of his other subsequent movies. So I guess I don't have one favorite actor. I just like a couple of actors a lot. Like Daniel Day-Lewis, Keanu Reeves, and yes, Tom Cruise. Am I brave for admitting Tom Cruise? lol

I am born in 80s...to me, Robert De Niro and Al Pacino are the best, it is not that i am an old person who looks only at old movies, but i just dont find anyone matching their acting as yet

I have so many that I like so much. However, I will say for an actor I think the best actor of our times right now is Johnny Depp. He gets so into the character that you don't see a hint of the real person. As for actress it would have to be Julia Roberts. I just love her and think she is such a good actress. She will make me laugh and cry. When she has a new movie coming out I have to see it no matter what.
