Get rid of this annoying bird

For the last few sundaes, a bird, (i am not sure what kind it is)keeps attacking me. It screeches and fly's really close to me, then fly's away. What is your advice in dealing with this pest? Besides calling animal control.

Well now, moms have to take care of their kids. That nest is close. Look for it. Keep your distance. Things will settle down.

The bird either has a nest or young close by. You should avoid walking there until the young are hatched or grown.

ha ha ha that sucks! are you maybe walking to close to its nest? if no then i have no ideas besides target practice.
