is direct referral disable at onbux?

have any one got new direct referral at onbux. Cos i have two sign up program at two sites in both of them 10 each, many people sign up, but ill never find them under my direct ref. Are those people cheating on me? or is onbux cheating on me. This is really peculiar cos, almost 40 people have sign up but only 1 (one) is found under me. I have check and re check my link, its working correctly.
