sending limits om paypal?????

what is the rules of the sending limits in paypal? for example, my sending limit is 25,000, then i am going to send 1,000, if the sending limit will be applied, it does mean that my sending limit will reduce from 25,000 to 24,000? or it will remain from 25,000? Please help me my lotters, I'm so confused.

I don't think if it is per day transaction; because if it is, your first thought is the right way.
But I better check it in paypal yet.
