My family have availed of this MetroPCS family plan which comes with 4 phones. Two for my parents, one for me and one for my sister. However, my sister broke hers. Is it possible that my sister buys a new phone and still use the same MetroPCS number that comes with the family plan? Note: Our phones don't have SIM cards.

Yes it it possible. You will have to call/go to MetroPCS and have them change the EIN/MSID on the account to the new phone. She will have the same number, voicemail message. Sorry to hear it.

I should probably mention that you need to buy a phone set up to work on the MetroPCS network. VZW or Sprint phones are a no go.

Thank you very much! I'll tell her to buy a cellphone tomorrow. She'll be so happy. Thanks so much! :)
