Make Money From Paid to Review

Now, I get new job as ghost writer. Ghost writer is article writer for website. I ask to person who give me job to write article, "why you pay me for make articles, when you get money to pay me?" He said, he got money from PAID To REVIEW job.
He pay me 0.6 US$/article and he got more than 10 US$/ article.
So, I interest to make money from paid to review to, but until now, my website only have zero pagerank (PR 0)
My answer is how to increase pagerank of website until PR 3? Because, high PR is one requirement from Paid to Review broker

I am not really sure. but i have to be honest, it's better that done nothing. but how can you allow that to happen accepting a pay which is a bit lower than a dollar. in here you can earn a dollar by simply uploading pics and making long post, that's it. i think that person should pay you more, my opinion only.

The answer is SEO (Search engine optimization)
If I was to explain you here what SEO is it would probably take me about a week typing and typing and typing!
That's the sweet yet frustrating side of SEO: It's chaotic.
I am pretty sure there are tons of free e-books about SEO from which you can get a very good knowledge about how things work. When you do read some of them and know the basics then you can ask a SEO specialist about some other questions that I am 100% sure you are going to have.

wow that is great I think I need to have a pick on that. I really don't have how to increase a page rank easily.
because I also don't have a high rank in my site
