3310s are still available but maybe 1200s or 1100s are the best ones to use now. They don't have colored displays though.

colored or not it doesn't really matter. as long as texts are readable, and calls are possible oh and not something "steal-able" hahaha

I agree with this! 3310's are quite ok! They don't look so nice to steal at all and it's quite an old model so why would anyone want it? They're quite easy to text with and the calls are understandable. :D My first phone. Hahha

Hi there! I am not quite sure with the cost or price, but you can buy a nokia cellphone for less than P2000 already. Go visit wellcom, or any celphone stores. Wellcom i think have promos like buy 1 take 1. Or if you want, go for reconditioned cellphones if you only use it for business purpose.

There are many cheapest phone in the market as per your need. You can buy 1661 for just Rs.1400 and other key features include a torch, again a significantly valuable tool in areas without electricity, speaking clock with alarm, hands-free calling and FM radio support in it and also the Nokia 1280 which doesn't look unusual, but it certainly is unique and quite special. The new Nokia 1280 is a device perched at the absolute opposite side of the playing field to the Nokia N900 in terms of high-end functionality and performance, but that certainly doesn’t mean it warrants any less attention or kudos.

does it really have to be nokia?.. coz i saw this phone from a friend. he said it only cost 900php.. it looks like a calculator.. hahaha... but its good for calls and text.. and i believe wont attract theives.. and it has different colors.. his was green and i was trying to ask him to just give it to me as a gift since green is my fave color.. lol i guess its cherry mobile.. i need to verify it... anyway, with nokia phone, i believe there are a lot of nokia phones out there that will only cost about 1200-1500php..
