Have you ever thought that you not belong to the place where you work ? I mean have you ever thought that you not fit in the place where you work ? If you felt that way, how you handle that or what should you do. Because it's makes me keep thingking to resign. I thought that not a good idea to do.

I seldom fit in where i worked, but the best place was a precision grinding that i had few friends but the work fit my style. If it is not correct i could take the time to make it right or not do it at all. I loved the work.

I still thinking, it is because the friend that I meet at work or the environt ment that not suit to my style or the work that I do not like or it is only because I still can't do my jobs as good as I hope. I think that some of reason why I not feel fit in the place I work.
