Love them anyway

Thanks to one of my mentors at school, she introduced to me to mother Teresa's prose.
People are unreasonable, illogical, and self-centered.
Love them anyway.
If you are kind, people may accuse you of selfish ulterior motives.
Be kind anyway.
If you are successful, you will win some false friends and true enemies.
Succeed anyway.
The good you do today will be forgotten tomorrow.
Be good anyway.
Honesty and frankness will make you vulnerable.
Be honest and frank anyway.
What you spend years building may be destroyed overnight.
Build anyway.
People need help, but may attack you if you try to help them.
Help them anyway.
In the final analysis, it is between you and God.
It was never between you and them anyway.
---- to all who haven't heard or read about this yet, I hope it will enlighten you as much as it did to me :)
Tank you Mother Teresa.

Hi Awake,
Mother Theresa is one of those persons i truly admired. I met h er personally when i was in highschool. WE had this general assembly of all youth leaders and she was the speaker then. i was so lucky to be touched by her. i learned so much from speech and from her life. Three words: humility, simplicity and happiness. I, too was lucky to be exposed in one of the congregations she established to help the poor--the St. Martin De Porres center in Naga City, Philippines runned byt the sisters of charity.
Who ever they are...we must love them anyway as they are created into the image and likeness of our creator and that he is in their hearts!

Wow! Lucky for you indeed! That encounter was just a dream to most of us, including me. :) With just the presence of someone you look up to means so much already.
