What for dark women?

hi there.. if your concern is your skin is not glowing make-up is not the answer. make-up helps us to enhance more our beauty but we dont need heavy make-up if our skin is nice.. like what you have said your skin is not glowing so we must pay attention regarding your concerns. you have to use skin care that is suited your skin condition or to your skin type. always put moisturizer everyday specially at night because our skin is more active if we are resting.. then about makeup try to use a make-up that has light reflecting pigment so the particles bounces to light and it hides dull or imperfection of the skin. and may i advice also that make highlights on the assets on your face. if you think that your eyes is your assets so make your eyes more pronouce, or if you have a kissable lips make it look more kissable.. but dont over do the eyes and lips at a time..
