My brother was browsing through different mobile phones at the GSM Arena website. When he got off from the computer, he didn't close that particular window and so i looked through the site, too, when took over. Then i found this amazing phone! It's the LG GD910! It's not a smartphone, it's not wifi ready, it does not have a card slot, and it's camera is only VGA. But what is amazing about it is its size and additional function. It is 49 x 39 x 13.8 mm in dimension, and weighs only 884g. It doubles as a wristwatch! Not only that. It has a TFT capacitative touchscreen display, bluetooth, mp3 player, text-to-speech capabilities, speech recognition, and it supports sms, ems & mms messaging as well as 2G and 3G networks. I feel it's lavish and extravagant, but I wish I had one like it! I wouldn't buy it for myself, though, as it costs about 800EUR (or approximately PhP45000)!!! Now tell me, wouldn't you want something like this? Even just a little bit (maybe at the back of your mind or in the supressed corners of your heart)?

I got the Iphone. it does almost everything and it does have wi fi - easy because then you can data for free if you have a free wi fi connection. With a cell phone, it is best to anticipate what is next and if it is upgradeable. If it is not, then it is not that good.

i have an iPhone, too, and i use that for mobile internet mostly. unfortunately, i might as well call it an iTouch for now. i haven't been able to use its phone feature since february, when we updated the firmware to 3.1.3 version. we can't find a foolproof jailbreak software for it. and now we have moved on to the iOS4. i've gotten used to it being an iTouch, too. LOL but i sure do like the GD910. it doubles as a wristwatch, and i like that a lot! anyway, the important thing for me with a cellphone is i can send sms or mms and i can make or receive calls.
