Being reserved is a bad habit I think this is true as being reserved is a bad habit and due to this some time there are communication gaps between different people. I am a reserve kind of person. I talk to those people well whom I know and don’t talk much with those whom I don’t know but due to this I have to face some kind of social problems , what are the ways to change ourself.

Mostly if one have to do it most of the times then keeping self lose opportunity. Being shy them prim and proper may be good to look decent. Likely doing the habit is sometimes annoying when the other person becomes so shy and embarrass to make any changes or ask. It result to failure when one fail to do any effort achieve hard things and put only little effort. it serves as a hindrance most of the times. Their should be a balance most of the times.

i am the reserved type of person too though im the friendly one. this is maybe because i am naturally shy and i dont have much confidence that is why i prefer to talk to those whom i am most familiar with.I know its not right and i have to change this habit and so It is but recently that i started to make a slight change and that i am making a point to say hi and hello to my new co workers that comes my way and start a light topic for us to get along well. And indeed i am amazed with the outcome as i am gaining new friends there and it just feel fine and fun.

I too am a reserved person, i don't really like to talk to strangers and that has brought me problems not just in my relationship but also in finding a job. I'm trying as best as i can to open myself up to people and not hesitate to get close. If it wasn't for my boyfriend i wouldn't have travel, made friends in my school and would have never gotten so many good memories. I no longer feel so alone in a crowded room.
