Garlic Bread

Absolutely!! I love my garlic bread. I am craving some now. LOL Garlic Bread just goes with pasta to me. My favorite!

I used to like garlic bread with my pasta meal. However, since having my first child and my gallbladdar removed that is just too much oil and garlic for me to tolerate w/o getting heartburn. Sometimes it doesn't bother me but when it does... OY is it awful! So I rather not risk it usually. But your dicussion is making me want to give it a try again but be prepared w/ something to coat my tummy like ice cream. I know the kids like it, but I hate to buy things we like that inturn upsets my tummy because I'd want a slice or two myself KWIM?

We eat a lot of pasta in our house. Garlic bread is a necessity at pasta time for us. If there were no garlic bread, my daughter would probably not eat her spaghetti. Sometimes I think we are more worried about eating our garlic bread than our pasta. Garlic bread could even be a meal at our house.

I really love garlic bread but I don't eat it with pasta. Instead, I love to have my garlic bread with hot thick mushroom soup. Yummy, feels good in my mouth! :)

Yes, garlic bread is really yummy, and I can eat a lot of it, if given the chance. I try to avoid it from time to time though, because it fills me up very much, so then I can't even eat the pasta afterwards! And of course, it is very fattening. But soooo yummy still!

Garlic bread and pasta always comes together as if they were married a long time ago. Without garlic bread, pasta is not much appealing for me. I even eat garlic bread on its own, I like to sniff the sweet aroma that comes from garlic bread every time I am having one.

Yes, I do love garlic bread with my pasta dishes. I baked a lasagna Sunday and I wanted some garlic bread to go along with it. I think that Texas Toast taste good with lasagna or spaghetti.

Usually when you goto an italian resturant they serve you garalic bread or garlic bread sticks so to me i believe it must be an italian thing to serve garlic bread with your pasta or italian dinners. I absolutely love garlic bread with a pasta dish. it really serves a point when you have leftover sauce as it is really good whenyou dip your garlic bread in it. Garlic bread might be fattening, but it is really good and even though your breath smells bad afterwards youenjoyed the taste while eating the bread.
